The process for Membership is as follows:

Step 1: Complete the online registration form below. This online registration form is required for membership to the group.

Step 2: To complete your RISE membership registration process, you must submit payment via PayPal (credit card and debit cards are excepted via PayPal). No cash or checks will be accepted.
